Who are the Investor Services Team?

The haart Investor Services Team is here to help customers obtain more information about how to maximise their investments in the current property market. The team seeks to provide advice and assistance to landlords looking to expand their property portfolio.

Andrew Benn, Lettings Managing Director, said: "Given the rise in house prices, many of our landlords will now have sufficient capital in their existing property to put down as a deposit on further properties and be in a position to take advantage of the increasing availability of attractive buy-to-let mortgage rates.”

A co-ordinated ‘one stop shop’ service that includes:

• A free service to introduce customers to exciting investment opportunities through our sales teams across the country along with off plan and new developments, lease back opportunities and properties being sold by existing clients with tenants in place.

• A dedicated Buy-to-Let mortgage specialist offering advice to clients in funding their investments.

• For clients with more than one investment property we can provide bespoke letting and management solutions for their portfolios with a single point of contact providing a joined up service from start to finish.

• Free membership of our Investor Club where current or prospective landlords will be regularly updated with new investment opportunities along with regular market updates, information and news.
